This sword is amazing, I have had it for about 1 year so I can tell of my experience with it. First of all when I got it it was different to the pictures, it had profile taper a more ergonomic handle and a blackened fullar, which actually turned out to be way better than the pictures shown in on this site. I choose the "sharp" version which isnt sharp but only has an edge shape. But it does say 0.5-1mm so fair enough. I use this sword for training my shoulder and wrist and in general practicing more sword handling orientated strentgh for HEMA. It works really well for that. The sword was about 3,75kg and 184cm long and the balance point is a few centimeters over the main guard, because of the big pommel, this makes it really easy to handle for its size. But its definetly not easy to handle when you start, you need to practice a lot to gain the strength and muscle memory needed to wield this sword. Then finally talking about durability. It is quite solid the blade is 5mm without distal taper but quite a bit of profile taper. I accidently swung the sword into the ground a few times especially when I started and I also hit a lot of branches, from that it only scratched the surface, but no issues with the blade. It wasnt until I accidently hit a solid tree with a full force swung when it took a slight bend. But tbh I am impressed it didnt take a further bend or break, bc it was a massive impact. I would say the smith did a very good job, I can recommend this sword, especially for the prize.

Es ist ein Super Schwert, kam schnell geliefert. Habe damit schon ein paar heftige schläge ausgeteilt und pariert. Bis auf sehr kleine Dellen bekommt es keine Kratzer, so wie es sein soll. :)

Great product, quality is perfect and some little differencies from the picture make me feel that's MY sword. For quality and manufacture details i think what's writen in [5130] is all right. Sorry for my english but is not my motherlanguage.
