Articulated gorget with bevor, 1480-1500

This style can be seen by end of the 15th century and represents logical evolution link in armour development chain. From the bascinet with aventail and visor, up to the combination of sallet with gorget there is a very understandable improvement. In this combination the protection is rigid at the neck, yet articulated obtaining a great protection and efficiency.

This gorget is made at the style of central Europe and is perfect for the time between years 1480 and 1500.
