Fully functional and ready for battle. This 14-gauge 2.0mm steel combat grade functional medieval shield boss is fully intended to be used and won't disappoint you.
Easy to use: Each umbo comes with 4 pre-drilled holes. Just buy 4 antique finish nails for a quick and easy install on your shield. (Rivets can also be used if you prefer). This shield boss is historically accurate & hand forged and will be perfect for mounting on your own Viking round or Norman kite shield. (Ideal for earlier Celtic or Germanic warrior too).
