The hollow handle doesn't transfer much heat from the pan itself, so it can even be held in your bare hand while cooking.

This handmade iron frying pan is made of mild steel. It has been carefully preserved before packaging. Wipe off the preservative grease well before the first cooking and cook the pan well on the fire. After cooking, be sure to thoroughly wash, dry and lightly preserve the pan with any edible oil or fat.

This iron skillet comes in two sizes:

• S - 19cm pan | 19cm handle
• L - 23cm pan | 22cm handle
