Big Chef’s Knife 320mm Fudo Migoto Santoku Hocho
For over 1000 years, high-quality blades have been forged in the Far East. Even today, the masters continue this ancient tradition of blade making. With 67 layers, this series is one of the top products on the market. The handle material used is the hygienically safe and extremely robust G10. The core of the blade is made of VG 10 steel with a Rockwell hardness of approx. 60 degrees. On both sides, 33 stabilizing layers of Damascus steel are forged on each side. The Damascus blade offers maximum cutting performance with the greatest possible flexibility.
