Masterful Craftsmanship Featuring the Sword of Charles V
This armour is constructed from high-quality mild steel with a special finish that provides an authentic historical glow. The knight holds a replica of the Sword of Emperor Charles V within his fully articulated gauntlets. The ensemble is completed by a rich red skirt with gold fringe and stands upon a solid wooden base, ensuring the stability of the entire 50 kg (approx. 110 lbs) structure.

In the 16th century, during the Golden Age of the Spanish Empire under Charles I (Emperor Charles V), armour transformed from functional protection into luxury ceremonial vestment. The Royal Armoury in Madrid houses the original pieces that inspired Marto's master craftsmen. The acid etching technique allowed for intricate designs to be applied to the steel without compromising the plate's strength. During this era, armour was used as a symbol of wealth and lineage during prestigious events and tournaments.
