Christus Imperat Rapier with Sheath
Please note: This is just an ornamental item, not intended for real use!
The large basket is finely crafted and has several slender brackets that protectively enclose the fencer's hand. Artistic motifs with birds and leaves are worked into the curved double guard plates with small perforations. The handle is wrapped in twisted wire and the large pommel provides an even balance.
The Christus Imperat Rapier is a stunning example of the elegant weapons of the Elizabethan Age. It comes with a black leather scabbard with a decorated locket and chape. To protect the blade from rust, you need gun oil, which you can get as a complete care set or as an individual bottle in the Sword Care and Accessories section.
