This sword-plaque is equipped with a wall-hanging chain and a socket for a sword to be installed from behind.

The shield is painted with a blue and a red half. Four fleur-de-lises and a central double-headed eagle are fastened on the shield face.

The core of the shield is made of iron sheet and wood.
