Chainmail gloves with Splinted Plate cuffs LoB

These functional chainmail gloves are inspired by an original artifact from the 16th century, currently exhibited at the Musee De Cluny Museum in Paris. The cuffs of the original find do not have the splinted plate cuffs. The chainmail mesh of the gloves consists of butted (non-riveted) rings. The chainmail parts are sewn to gloves made of supple but firm suede leather. The equally sewn fittings of the cuffs are made of 0.9mm thick galvanized steel. More information...
