Articulated Gauntlets Merek
These medieval gauntlets feature articulated fingers and thumb that allow maximum movement along with plates at the wrist area. These gauntlets are made from a 16 gauge (approx. 1.6mm thick) steel and are suitable for re-enactment or LARP. The Merek gauntlets are crafted from riveted and articulated plates of 16 gauge (approx. 1.6mm thick) steel paired with an internally integrated suede leather glove. The riveted construction gives the plates articulated movement and the glove is sewn to riveted bands of protective leather beneath the finger plates. A strap with a brass buckle tightens and fits the glove to the wrist. The suede leather is both supple, yet robust in its construction. More information...

These fantasy gauntlets in medieval style are designed for LARP, cosplay, theatre performances etc. The gauntlets are short and only protect the hand up to the wrist. This allows the hand to move very easily and the gloves can be visually integrated into the sleeve ends of the costume.They are made from 1.6 mm thick sheet metal. They are fastened around the wrist with a strap. These armour plate gloves are fitted with suede inner gloves for a high level of comfort. Each gauntlet has a total length of approx. 25.4 cm (from the tip of the middle finger to the end of the cuff) and a width of approx. 13 cm. The gauntlets are available in one size to fit most male hand sizes.
