This Rapier is Amazing !
It is like something coming from the Past ....
It is Deadly though .......
with its Point of Balance very close to the HILT it allows maneuverability and quick change of Target !
Hilt is Better than in the Picture ....... and with Lights creates amazing reflexes .
As for Fencing ..... when you move forward in a Lounge or Attack
this Rapier makes you feel like you are really going to pierce meat with its lethal - point .
Be warned it is nimble in experienced hands ...... but not extremely light
when you get to know its Balance ....... you can use its Lethal weigh to make it Fly like a feather !
It is really well assembled and feels like ONE-piece ! [ which is an EXTREMELY good thing ]
No frills only the "REAL BLADE for swordsmen" and geometry plus elegance of the HILT .
I give it 5 stars , no-doubt !
