This unsharpened Long Bladed Heawing Spear Head is made of high carbon steel. Spears such as these were used by Vikings for their great thrusting and cutting ability. Although we do not know the exact form and shape of the Viking hewing spear, we do know that they were used. Hank Reinhardt designed this spear based on his own experience.
