Arrow Rests
Arrow rest is used to precise vertical guidance of arrow. It is a simple tool that supports the arrow. The arrow rest is a small ledge or extension above the grip which the arrow rests upon while being aimed. Only the thumb or index finger was used in the past. This solution was imprecise and painful. Later various pins or pieces of leather were also used. Fortunately, special arrow rests (plastic or metal, in various shapes and designs) are already used today.
Each type of bow needs a different type of arrow rest.
An arrow rest, sight, stabilizer, peep sight, nocking loop, release aid, arm guard, finger tab and quiver should be part of every bow. Possession of a bowcase is suitable. The case will protect the bow from heat and moisture. And every archer should have lots of arrows and a target and target face.
