Samurai Sword Components
The class of samurai originated in the ancient swords period between (900-1530). Power could only be gained through war, and the sword became the main weapon of warfare. The samurai had the right to carry two swords - a katana and a wakizashi. The sword was something like a samurai's soul, who lost it, lost its right to live.
