Battle-ready Weapons, Series BATTLECRY

The blades are hand forged from the 1065 high carbon steel in the workshops of Wind Steelcrafts^®. The blades are oil-quenched and tempered in computer controlled ovens to a hardness slightly over 50HRC Rockwell. This ensures optimum strength, resiliency and elasticity of the blades and a high resistance to the razor-sharp cutting. The swords have extra wide full tangs.The low weight of the swords is achieved thanks to the extra wide fullers.

Each weapon has to complete several rigorous physical tests and checks during the manufacturing process in order to guarantee the high quality exceeding the industry standard.  The blade is stamped by master blacksmith after the last inspection. These full-battle-ready weapons have black stonewashed finish. Each weapon is enclosed a certificate that is signed by the craftsman who worked on the respective blade.

Since these are literally lethal weapons with razor sharp cutting edges, they are supplied with a matching sheath (or even with a sword frog). These weapons are sold to adults only.
