Returning goods from a non-EU country

Returns of goods from non-EU country (outside the EU customs territory) are often problematic and the clearance by the local customs is lengthy and complicated. It is necessary to prove the original export, the real value of the goods and verify the identity of the customer and the merchant (us).

Official way

In this case, it is necessary to send goods to the following address:

Please enclose the following documents (you can stick an envelope with them on the parcel):

1. Statutory declaration that you are a natural person (see below)
2. A proof of purchase (we can send you our invoice by email on request)
3. Proof of the paid postage (from your country to Czech Republic, it will be issued by your shipping company)
4. Your approval to bear the cost of the customs clearance (about 30-40 €)

Regardless of the fact that we are trying to work as quickly as possible, please note that posting goods the official way takes a very long time and is quite expensive! Because of that, the whole returning process can take about 1 to 3 months. The cost of the clearance would be charged to you. That is why we recommend you to ship the return to us the unofficial way.

Unofficial way

There is another way for returning that goods, which proved to to be the better one!

Please pack the goods and enclosed to it a fictitious proof of value up to 15€ with a text (e.g. birthday congratulation) saying this is an old thing (not bought recently) being sent to a friend as a gift for free.

We usually receive such reshipments within approx. 3 weeks. Although it has never happened so far, it should be noted that in case a loss or damage of the goods it is you to bear the risk and cost.
